Avantages
OneFitStop was easy to learn and is wonderful to use! The software is very customizable and keeps me organized.
Inconvénients
So far I've had great success with every feature and tool within the software and have no complaints thus far.

It's overall been excellent. Almost 3 years underway with our partnership with Hapana and it's been quite a tricky road to learn the system needless to say, given both our business and Hapana themselves are always adapting to the current market demands. But having the dedicated/allocated account manager, [sensitive content hidden] recently assigned to us, it's made my 'getting up to speed' way way faster, allowing the business as a whole, tighten areas of Hapana that I don't believe we were utilising to the fullest, but now we are. Thanks again [sensitive content hidden]! Your wealth of knowledge has been wonderful! You really know you stuff, it's impressive how quick you can get me an answer - not just any answer, but an answer that is a solution.
Avantages
My account manager [sensitive content hidden] has been absolutely amazing. Couldn't praise her enough. I'm not tech savvy, so this platform has been quite a challenge for me, but [sensitive content hidden] has been able to address every one of my questions and been able to provide a timely answer or workaround. The platform itself doesn't seem as complicated to navigate once I learned what I'm doing, but I'd have been very stuck if it weren't for [sensitive content hidden] -so well done.
Inconvénients
Without a dedicated accounts manager, like mine - [sensitive content hidden] - raising service tickets can be quite lengthy. Whilst all the team work tirelessly to address all the questions directed at them, raising service tickets loses the more personalised aspect, as tickets generally get addressed by another staff, different to the one you might have previously used/received a response for - more often than not, I'm needing to explain my situation over again so they understand what it is that i'm asking, as our company is a little unique to the mainstream client accounts.

Unfortunately stuck with hapana due to franchise agreement and wish they would pick their game up. If you are a small business you are going to be paying $300+ a month for headaches.
Avantages
Honestly there is nothing about hapana that I could be grateful for. For what you pay you get a barely working app that's hard to navigate, easy to make mistakes and the the support is always rubbish. Hapana have lost me a decent amount of time and money!
Inconvénients
How difficult it can be to navigate, how slow and ineffective support are. They don't help at all or action any suggested improvements.

Migration to Hapana was mostly seamless - any small hiccups (which are expected) were quickly addressed. The best transition we have made! Ample support, an amazing app for clients, great backend. I've used multiple platforms for running our business (MindBody & Zingfit) and Hapana is by far the best overall.
Avantages
Ease of use from a backend and front end. Amazing support from the team (in particular [sensitive content hidden] !) Also like to see the platform evolving and releasing new features!
Inconvénients
Small con! Scheduling classes is timely (need to have an option to repeat for up to 7 days in order for the repeat option to be effective).

My overall experience has been great. I came from Mindbody and have researched a number of other scheduling platforms. There has not been am issue Hapana won't tackle and I have had amazing response to any concerns I have had. My clients experience is even more important to me and they love the app and the website integration.
Avantages
The custom app for client side interaction, my personal customer service rep, the growth in features over the past few years, the ability to accommodate my complicated pay structure, multiple studios and new WIX platform integration for a seamless client experience.
Inconvénients
I would like to have one place to enter a new teacher, class type, client, promotion, etc and then be able to associate that new teacher etc with the studio locations they will be working from - rather than having to enter that new teacher at all three locations. Also, everyone is paying with Apple Pay and we cannot accept it. This is becoming a bigger issue in my area. We would also prefer to have an in studio CC swiper to save so much time inputting card info at the front desk.

As a gym owner who's implemented One Hapana into our daily operations, I couldn't be more pleased with the impact it's had on our business. Its features have significantly reduced administrative workload, allowing us to focus more on client interaction and service quality. The integration capabilities with other fitness apps and wearables have also enhanced our ability to provide personalized fitness plans. Overall, Hapana has not only improved our operational efficiency but also elevated our client satisfaction. Highly recommend it to any fitness business looking to upgrade their management system.
Inconvénients
While Hapana has been a fantastic tool for our gym, a few cons are worth mentioning. The initial setup and customization can be time-consuming, requiring a significant upfront investment of time to tailor the platform to specific business needs. Additionally, for those less tech-savvy, there might be a slight learning curve. I like the workflows in Grow which give us the ability to streamline all our leads in one place and automatically follow through with a highly customizable process. Most member platforms I have worked with claim to have a built in CRM, but in order to maintain our follow through systems, we always had to use a separate platform before using Hapana
Inconvénients
There are limitations with the member platform that make it inconvenient to set anything up with a past start/invoice date.

I made the switch from MindBody around 2019 due to seeing competitors apps look alot flashier than ours and it is something I am very glad I did. We have been very happy with the product and service Hapana provide our business.

Fairly user friendly considering the depth of features on offer, good support team
Inconvénients
No customer support via phone, but that's clutching at straws as email support is very responsive - just sometimes if you're in the zone and need an answer there and then it can slow things down.

The App they made for us is really easy for our clients and members to use - we now have no one behind on their payments and packs. It looks great and works really well too.
Inconvénients
Integration was easy and very quick. The only things we are asking to be improved are; more automated featured woven in to the Membership Suspension system (but it works well right now) and two way text messages. Both of these items we have been able to discuss directly with the owners and managers of OneFitStop and they are developing solutions first thing in 2021. In fact, whenever we need any help or are looking adding/making changes to the existing system to make our jobs easier they always listen and come up with solutions ASAP. Great!

Average experiences over and over again and then they wanted to bill us over $250 extra per month to use video sodtware inside the MBO system - during the COVID shutdown. The functionality to be able to create your own packages and memberships. Gives us the control to grow our businesses effectively.

The reporting can be hard to find and very time consuming. A accurate dashboard would make this incredible.

Membership altering can improve, for example if we want to increase our membership prices across the studio.

Hapana has provided a great platform from which we can now scale our operations. the support team has been first class and super responsive. The Hapana system is world class and their team are great to deal with. Making the decision to change systems was a big one and it has been worth it.
Avantages
The migration process was smooth; the reporting functions are detailed and easy to access; our members liek the app and find it user-friendly, and it's great for promotions; class scheduling and billing are efficient.
Inconvénients
It was a lot to learn at the beginning but with practice and support from the Hapana team it was achievable.

As you can probably notice from above I have had an amazing journey with them. Jarron and his team are total professionals who get the job done. 10 out of 10 from me.
Avantages
The previous software I use was a multi industry software that didn't serve our purpose. The switch to OneFitStop was seamless and to be honest I wish I did it earlier. The fact that it is a dedicated fitness software makes so much of a difference. From member usability to management back back end software, it does the lot. Our team is so much more efficient in everything we do. I highly recommend to anyone considering.
Inconvénients
The only thing I can pick and it is minor were some features with the dedicated app. Switching between sites was a bit clunky however to the management team they have fixed the issue in their next update. Thats another great point about OneFitStop the ability to work directly with management to resolve any issues.

Avantages
OneFitStop has provided us with the ability to grow and evolve our digital offering to our membership base as our business has expanded and the needs for both internal requirements and external deliverables have progressed.
Inconvénients
Initially there were hiccups with roll-out and in particular, integration with third party providers such as EzyPay however these were resolved promptly

From coming off a system that was costing me $172/month just for use and then taking 5% of all my DD's was an expensive 3 year contract. OneFitStop has developed a system that is easy to use, evolving as they grow and are developing new services as we speak. When Jarron Aizen the Founder of this new system dealt directly with my problems and needs, this told me that they meant business. Having dealt with many companies who promise the wold but deliver +-*## it's refreshing to have honesty and integrity at the forefront of what they do.
Avantages
Easy to use. Setup and updating is straight forward. Price point is really a game changer in this industry. Customer service is second to none and turnaround response is excellent. New service add ons shows they hear what industry members want and require.
Inconvénients
Not as well known as other companies but that will change quickly once industry innovators get their hands on this system.

Avantages
Looks great on my website with everything thought of down to the colour scheme. All the options around packages and online booking are very user friendly
Inconvénients
Can't wait for the mobile app version of everything! A few glitches when trying to use the mobile web page to book sessions from the dashboard
