They are constantly striving to make improvements in order to make life easier for the user. They are on hand to help if you need them. My files are in order with all client details to hand in an instance. I love that Infotrack, Indemnity Policies and Perfect Portal are all able to be integrated into our system so they can a one stop shop for all things needed to work on my files. It is easy to keep track of which staff members have worked on which files so if we need to check anything we can see who has done what and contact accordingly. The Matter AI tools are invaluable for helping matters along with drawing information and and when requested and assisting in the drafting of documents/letters/emails as well.
