CallHub has helped us solve a crucial need of being able to phone bank our members to inform them of key events and voting and election requirements. It was smooth to implement and has excellent integration with our membership database, allowing us to eliminate data silos and actively track response rates and needed follow-up in real time. And, it has been a very cost-effective solution as we could gauge our cost outlays before each campaign.

Avantages

CallHub is a very flexible and easy to manage Call Center phone-banking tool that is focused on serving political and issue advocacy organizations.

The user interface is very intuitive - especially for callers, who can work remotely and make all calls entirely within a web browser. The experience of nearly 1600 remote volunteer was consistently positive.

Backend integration with CRM/Membership management platforms is extensive, including NationBuilder, SalesForce, Action Network, and others is extensive. CallHub also integrates with Zapier. Our implementation with NationBuilder allows for 2-way data flow and immediate database updates with selected Tags, Survey Responses, and Notes from calling activity allowing for direct post-call follow-up.

The CallHub platform can easily scale to large implementations and their Customer Care team has proven to be very responsive.

One of the best features is their no-cost sign-up and pay-as-you-go pricing model which makes it very easy to get started and see how well it works within your organization.

Inconvénients

There were some initial issues with importing calling scripts, but regular improvements in the user interface and backend functionality by CallHub has resolved this.

There is still some room for improvement with the tools available for managing calling Agents within the system, especially when we had such a high number of volunteers.

Avantages

I liked the autodialing and the ability to save notes. I kept detailed notes on each interaction, which (I think) made it easier for future callers. However, I wasn’t able to see the previous notes about when they were last called in Callhub, potentially making two calls very close together.

Inconvénients

I didn’t like that you couldn’t go back to a previous screen. For instance, I had spoken with one person, clicked the next button, and as soon as the new person showed up on my screen, realized I needed to call that first person back. But…. I couldn’t find them! I had no way of going back to even double check their name, let alone find their phone number.

Avantages

It is quick. You don’t really waste any time between calls but at the same time it might be too fast.

Inconvénients

I didn’t know where to look. I think when the call is answered it needs to flash bigger. I was trying to leap in quickly so there was no pause. Also I am marking down that there was no answer and by the time I did that the next call was already ringing

poor logic--many aspects make no sense such as someone texting to the callerid # they see and my agents will never see those inbound text messages. Many aspects like that which make no sense and undermine effectiveness of our call center campaigns

It is very easy to set up and user friendly and great costumer support.

Inconvénients

I don't believe I've disliked something about callhub but it could be nice to have integrated forms for creating surveys and events.

IVR, our sales team gets 100 leads a day, so we get a feature where customers can call us back.

Inconvénients

I think it is a little expensive. Maybe in future if we find a better company we might switch.

I've been using it for 5 years and it's a very helpful tool for getting volunteers together to crush phonebanks.

Avantages

The user experience for agents is great, very streamlined. The smooth integration with Nationbuilder is essential for us. Additionally the built in tools like automated/manual texts and prerecorded voicemail are very handy, and it's helpful as an admin to be able to export detailed CSVs and see what went down.

Inconvénients

The fact that the page refreshes every time you add a new question or event, or reorder them. It makes the process of setting up a new campaign arduous and as an admin it's a headache. Also the fact that you need to go through every single edit page to save changes. Making cloning and editing previous campaigns easier would be great.

We like CallHub to inform our school and church community of delays and cancellations - whether weather related or bus breakdowns, it works great to inform smaller or bigger groups of people.

Avantages

It's an easy way to inform our community of delays or cancellations.

Inconvénients

It takes quite awhile (at 60 calls a minute) to call everyone.

Avantages

I have tested many voice broadcast tools in the market but nothing compares to CallHub. It does exactly what our business needs and the platform is easy to use.

Inconvénients

The reporting and analytics could be better. It would be great to see who exactly didn't get the voice broadcast more clearly and how long recipients heard the voice broadcast.

I love the fact that it just keeps you going with your calls and it keeps real good track of all the calls you make the calls they answer or don’t answer.

Inconvénients

I don’t like that it doesn’t ring soo that makes it a little confusing.
