It is a multi-tasking tool that can be used for variety if things such as dynamic grouping, SCIM provisioning, SAML, user on/off boarding etc. The most powerful tool within Okta is its workflows.

Pricing, its an expensive product and you rarely get any discounts.

Okta's interface is user friendly and intuitive,making it easy to navigate and manage user accounts.
Best security Offerings and OKTA workflows for automation makes it different from other IAM tools.

Expensive for small group of employes license.
And at times OKTA support does not give immediate response.

Okta is incredibly versatile and checks all the boxes for our Identity and Access management, security and compliance needs. Product updates are frequent and there are so many different ways you can streamline onboarding, offboarding and general management.

Some of the reporting capabilities and logging were behind but they are catching up on this now.

Okta has the most integration support, and a strong engine for building a closed loop access control story. From device trust to MFA login, from HRIS provisoning to app provisoning. It lets you build a complete access control story for your users/customers.

Customer support when things go wrong with integrations. Plenty of finger pointing without much effort to dig in.

What I most liked about it was it's integrity with the cloud, and was able to manage all of my devices seamlessly.

It's the application limitation being 50. But that's not a problem as you can contact the customer support and increase the limitations.

It is very much secure and has a lot of feature

The authentication. sometimes the code is not being sent to the users which is very time consuming

Single sign- on is my favorite feature which helps me to keep the control and security I require. And above all of you forget your passwords you can go passwordless, very demure.

Because of the platforms integration features, I effortlessly control user access across multiple apps and makes sure that everyone on my team has the right permissions to do their jobs well.

Complexity of managing and configuring the platforms especially for large organizations with intricate identity and access requirements.

I love having all of my applications saved in one location so I can easily launch my applications without having to re-enter my log in credentials. I love that Okta saves my passwords for me and will update the saved password as needed.

There are times my Okta saves applications that I don't need or what to be saved. However, they are easily removed.

Authentication and SSO module helped me to quickly access to account for different website and application. Securing username and password on their cloud storage ensure my identity is protected from identity theft and phishing attack since the software will also verify website validity before letting me to login.

I used to have access problem to my account and the system keep rejecting my authentication. All is fine after customer support agent helps me with the issues and I never happen again after that.

Okta has a user-friendly interface, making it easy for both administrators and end-users to navigate and manage identitie

Although Okta has strong support, some users have reported slower response times or varying levels of support quality depending on the issue or support plan.

Enhance security and protection for my access and profile in workplace. I can access my work software from my personal device without worrying about cyber attack or identity theft as my information is protected by Okta.

It takes time to setup every login information that I have into one single sign-on.

Awesome solution for a secure SSO and app integration for all of our apps.

So far, none about Okta. Okta maybe just need to improve a bit on the customer service SLA's.
