L'utilisation de Join.Me a complètement transformé ma façon de travailler depuis ma voiture. Cela m'a permis de travailler à domicile, ce qui a toujours été mon rêve, et cela m'a donné la possibilité d'aider facilement mes collègues avec leurs questions sur les données SQL et Tableau. Plus besoin de voyager vers et depuis d'autres bureaux, en espérant qu'ils soient présents et disponibles. Maintenant, tout ce que j'ai à faire est de cliquer sur un bouton et nous pouvons facilement nous rencontrer pour résoudre les problèmes de travail ! En fait, je peux même prendre le contrôle des ordinateurs de mes collègues parce que, soyons réalistes, je peux réparer les choses plus rapidement lorsque je conduis, n'est-ce pas ? Join.Me est convivial et la qualité est très élevée. Il prend en charge plusieurs utilisateurs connectés à la fois ; Je n'ai jamais atteint la limite. Nous l'avons même utilisé pour les réunions d'équipe pour continuer à nous sentir connectés en dehors des heures de travail à l'occasion !

Une chose qui manque à ce logiciel par rapport aux autres concurrents est la possibilité d'avoir un raccourci pour activer et désactiver le son, ainsi qu'une fonction "push to talk". La connexion peut être difficile pour les personnes qui n'ont pas installé l'application. Vous pouvez télécharger le programme sur votre ordinateur ou vous connecter via Internet, mais cette dernière option ne vous permettra pas de changer qui contrôle l'ordinateur de l'autre personne

Utilisation facile, prend en charge l'accès à distance. l'application est interactive et intuitive pour les réunions en ligne , la fonction de vidéoconférence est très pratique

Je n'ai rencontré aucun souci majeur sur ce logiciel

Join.me donne la possibilité de discuter avec plusieurs personnes et partager des écrans et des fichiers.

L'offre gratuite est assez limitée, même si cela suffit dans la grande majorité des use cases que pour lequel je l'ai utilisé

L'interface très jolie et stable. Des fonctionnalités simples et qui fonctionnent pour toutes les réunions.

Sur mobile, une interface un peu moins optimisé pour les visios.

il y a peu de chose positive que je retiens de mon usage. Entrer dans une réunion m'avait paru compliqué.

I love how simple installation is, how reliable the software is, and that I can have a consistent screen share url that can be reused again and again. It makes it easy for clients to bookmark my url and quickly hop into a call and screen share to provide live support. I also love the screen recording options for creating software demos and tutorials for my clients.

The only thing I wish join.me had was the ability to me to set my conference room to allow attendees to join without me needing to start the conference. Occasionally I need a co-worker to run a meeting, and it's a hassle for them to have to log out of their account and login to mine just to start a meeting.

I like the ease of use for the end user to start a remote session. A few clicks and you are sharing a screen anywhere in the world.

This was once a stand alone product but is now part of a much larger enterprise that is all about the investor and not end user.

For what this product does there are much better alternatives on the market and I would suggest going with one of them.

It's more expensive than some of the competitors that do the exact same thing. Recommend that you use Zoho Assist instead.

Join.Me is a very successful conferencing platform that offers the most qualified communication functions like online meetings, video and audio conferencing, screen sharing and instant chatting. It has excellent online meetings functions like giving the host full control over the meeting which ensures well managed and coordinated meetings, recording feature to record the meetings for future referencing, whiteboard and screensharing and an instant chatting function that allows the audience to send messages either privately or in public without interrupting the host.

Using Join.Me for me has always be simple. Am contented with it and its features.

Join.me has a super user friendly interface that anyone can easily navigate. It runs seamlessly for all aspects including video calls and remote screen sharing. Overall, it's my favorite remote meeting program.

Join.me is great, and I have nothing negative to say about it.

I'd say I like Join.Me because it's suits me business which is small. I get to easily meet up with my people remotely and plan our plans ahead of time plus it's super easy to use for not techsavvy people like some of my employees. It's a great alternative for similar large softwares because it has fewer tool. Most of all it's safe and secures our data.

Sometimes tends to have delays and suddenly ends the meeting

This product is so easy to use, and it has affected my life in a very positive way and I highly recommend this product to anyone even for business and/or personal use.

What I like to least about this product was that it’s a little slow and buggy whenever you have too many people screen sharing at the same time, but it works fine with at least three people from my experience

Nothing to complain about. Join.me meets all our expectations and i recommend it for business communications.

The remote access / mouse sharing tool is absolutely what sets join.me apart. I don't use this program much at my current place of employment, but I used it a lot at the last non-profit I was at, and I still use it personally all the time. Join.me allows a participant to give control of their mouse to another participant, essentially giving them remote access. The feature is so easy to use on both ends, and I use it often to help my parents out when they are having a tech issue. I've tried other remote access software, but it was too intimidating for my parents to access or use. Since join.me can be accessed simply through a personalized link, my parents only have to click on the link, and then I can walk them through next steps from there. I do miss this feature being in the free version, but the cost is still so inexpensive that it's worth it when needed.

The mobile version is a little wonky. I also have this complaint of similar conferencing platforms, but it's still true of join.me as well.

I will always, always recommend anything by LogMeIn. I've been so impressed by this company. JoinMe and LogMeIn Central are AMAZING and by far the best software for remote desktop support and helping people with their computer issues. A little pricey, but faaaar beyond their competitors so they're worth it!

The price. It's worth it, but I still wish it was cheaper. If it was I'd have a private account for myself just to help friends and family with their computer issues.

I really liked how easy it was to get someone to allow me to remote onto their system. It was amazing until they started making that process way more complicated and filled with ads and other promotions.

I never used to have any complaints about them, until they changed the way people would use it for initiating a remote session. They now ask them to set up an account, use trials, and made it into a 1000 step process that used to be literally 3-4 steps and then you were done.

I like the overall ease of use, quality of screen share is almost always great. I like that it easily integrates with google calendar for meetings.

call quality is often horrible. (yes, we checked our internet connection) Users also have a hard time joining the call with a link or code.

Just send a url and the other participant can access directly from his browser. No installation required which is really great.

It is a bit sad but the website looks not as professional as it could be so your client may look suspicious about the url you send.
