I'm glad it is easy for my clients to use, I just wish it was a little more intelligent to make life easier on us business owners who use it. > > **Inconvénients**: Vagaro needs upgrades (from a business perspective). I would love a field placed in the client profiles where I can enter a customized discount for each client. Every time I rebook a customer, I am forced to enter that it is a returning guest and Vagaro should have the intelligence to know that if I am "REBOOKING" a customer - to know that it is a repeat customer. Vagaro could be smarter than it is which would make it less tedious on our end. I would also love a field within the customer profile regarding sales tax. I have clients who are Veteran tax-exempt and it would be nice to toggle sales tax off for them so I don't have to remember to do it each time they buy product. > > I'm not going to lie.
