Inventory management is not as user friendly, accessible, or well rounded as we were hoping for. That being said, we still have a lot of implementation to do.

The programing is very poor, and it never seems to get any better, one step forward two steps back.

Pros are that it is easy and quick to input data I like the most of the features offered.

I hate the bi it is extremely complicated and difficult to modify and use. To add the information that I want out of the program is not as easy as the old software. You have made it way too over complicated and time consuming.

Nothing, it never worked. Never got any help.

Not built or setup for manufacturing. No service or customer support after 5 PST, we are in CST. Never got help. Reports dont work. Needed downtime dashboard, yo never got one.

Does not integrate with tablets as well as we were assured it would, still slow and sometimes have to restart in order to see anything that was done recently. Works but .... still a lot of features that we requested are not available or do not work as we would like.

That everything we need to track the work done, parts used, labor added is in one place (there is a section for each item we need: work orders, purchase orders, assets, dashboard for managing etc.)

That I can't search a part from the notes section on the part number itself

I like the ease of planning my day to assigning work orders and fulfilling work requests. The system is simple and effective

I would like to see users tiered differently so that techs can't alter another techs work. A way to assign assets to an owner would also be great. These may be features I haven't discovered yet

Periodic Maintenance module is excellent!

Inability to change work order layout on our own. Everything must go through ManagerPlus at an additional charge.

I enjoy that it schedules work orders and that I can track our inventory

It is very slow. The user interface is not the easiest to learn and work around. When creating work orders it can be a little slow and time tasking when trying to add parts.

It would be nice to have the following features added to Lightning:
Ability to link existing WOs to PO
Ability to link Asset IDs to PO
Certification Module added to the Lightning Platform instead of having to go to Classic
Customizable WO Note Types as you did in Classic
Option to hide some fields so you can customize what appears on the printed WO; example: if there are no "Parts" added to the WO
Option to "Copy Asset" in Lightning

Software look aesthetically pleasing and it is nice to be cloud based

Software support is horrendous and the software is very buggy.

Program is very easy to navigate through. The support I got to transfer from one cmms to the other was great.

The only thing that bugs me is when I print out my WO's is I have to do it one at a time and adjust the size everytime.

The web based version and reporting is awesome using BI.

Standard reporting is ugly and useless. There's no printing option on the go.

The software is wonderful. It is easy to use and figure out. Very fast and responsive.

The customer support is terrible. They are slow and do not communicate well.

This software is nothing but trouble for what I use it for. Where I could bring up a unit number and look at all its history with ease with the old program, now you have to go to lightning and spend time searching and searching and it does not even retain old entered part numbers. Overall is a disappointment.

Everything about this program is not user friendly to a old person like me.
