Uploading of documents is easy; dashboard is a nice feature.

Does not have the capabilities that were confirmed in pre-contract discussions/demos; unable to edit or rename documents directly in Diligent Boards portal; admin module is not user friendly.

The organization of the resources on the dashboard, being able to administer user profiles, and the ease of uploading documents for the Board package.

It is incredibly user-friendly and comprehensible, so much so, that I rarely need to reach out for assistance regarding functionality. Further, the customer service is responsive with impressive follow-through.

Occasionally there will be an unexpected update to the system, but only once did this cause and issue and it was quickly remedied by the team.

Diligent is easy to navigate and it has all the functionality we need, no more no less

There is nothing I dislike, pobably the only think that can be improve is the calendar. I would prefer to set up a meeting and on that window having the options to select a specific committee instead of jumping from one committee to the other when setting up meetings.

What I like the absolute most about Diligent is how much my Board likes it. They are all on multiple Boards and portals, and every one of them says how easy and intuitive Diligent is. Personally, I find it so easy to use; to create my books, make changes, etc.

There's been a shift in their support approach that I find frustrating, but if I persist - and I am persistent - I get the end result I need. I'm just not always up to what it takes to get there.

The ease of use for directors and administrators. Plus it is so widely used that most directors are familiar with it.

The web app needs the ability to lock material down by full tab.

Allows our Board to vote and sign documents outside of an in-person meeting.
Utilize the reference center to keep key reference material available to our Board members. Utilize Questionnaires section for various Board reporting items such a expense reports and Conflict of Interest Disclosures.

When using Questionnaires for Disclosures the printouts are difficult to read (can have page breaks through responses, etc.)

Nice having all meeting materials in one place to access

Getting locked out and difficulty getting back in

Easy to use, features to assist with good governance practices, always trying to innovate, great customer service support

Waiting for AI features to assist with both admins and users!

I honestly like not having to lug materials to meetings. It is also a game changer for the executive assistants' board meeting preparations. And it is great for the environment.

Password - I wish I didn't have to change it as often

Diligent makes it extremely efficient to post materials to our Board of [sensitive content hidden]. Uploading documents is easy as well as reviewing the posting before making it live.

Sometimes navigating within and between books can require a lot of clicks.

There is nothing about Diligent I like except the concept.

Too clunky - bad navigation, too mouse reliant, no run off period for accessing documents either for a director leaving the board or upon the company not renewing the subscription which means every document has to be downloaded by each director completely undermining the conceptual benefits.
