Prise en main facile car il est bien traduit en français. De plus le service client Français est efficace et réactif.

Il manque l'implémentation de la configuration automatique de l'adresse mail gmail.

Il est simple d'utilisation et répondre a nos besoins rapidement, je le recommande pour les petites entreprises

I appreciate how many features ManageEngine Mobile Device Manager Plus has and gives me a full depth of control over my mobile devices.

The initial set up was a bit of an issue, but this was less of an issue with ManageEngine and more on the end of Apple. ManageEngine support was actually really helpful in resolving the issue and helping me make sure the Apple connectivity was properly configured.

The management console is one of the best I have tried. It's way easier than Hexnode and similar to the Ninja one.

They offer the same capabilities as Ninja One but at a fraction of the cost, and their performance exceeds Ninja One's.

You can block almost everything you need to perform a DLP system on the mobile device; you have control of all peripherals.

You can modify the behavior of applications like Outlook, Office, Teams, and Chrome, allowing you to fine-tune any restrictions that you may require.

It allows you to track your devices in real-time.

Distribution of applications is easy, and you can create multiple app catalogs.

The price is below average. For the corporation, it was only 2.77 for each device. No minimum is required, and it's FREE if you have less than 25 devices.

You can give remote support(only view) on mobile devices.

I would like it to have a web browser content filter, but none of the tools that I tested have it. You can block a list of URLs, but that isn't the best way to do the task.

I like that the program has an easy to use web interface that allows me to geolocate all of our tablets in the wild and send out announcements to them. I like that I can remote lock the devices and change the passcodes remotely.

I d not like that remote access is an add on cost on top of the crazy high price of the yearly licence this came as a shock and was not communicated when we signed the contract. I am also not a fan of their support team that seems to never understand my questions and instead of offering support keeps sending back my email with a request for unrelated information. This even happens with sales.

Its user is friendly and fast to enroll the devices and manage the devices through the portal.

Managing windows devices is not so simple.

I love that it offers robust solutions for all OS and platforms. It is relatively easy for one technology fluent individual to setup and deploy. The free trial is generous and provides full access to all features. It tightly integrates with Google Workspace.

Some of the support documentation needs to be updated. The web interface can be a little confusing, and some feature menus can be difficult to locate. For about half my devices it was necessary to go through the enrollment process two times to get good results. Medium level learning curve.

The system is very easy to use and has a good clutter free and intuative dashboard interface.

We haven't found anything yet so far. all positive at the moment.

ManageEngine MDM allows us to keep all our devices in security contention by ensuring the devices are always up to date with software and security patches.

Can be hard to navigate round the GUI at times.

2 - Location tracking is not set by time, but by distance. No way around that unfortunately.

I like that this is a robust and comprehensive MDM solution and is reasonably priced for the features. It allows me to set policies for the devices, integrates easily with Apple Business Manager, and deploys easily.

Some settings and actions are difficult to find. Certain screens seem redundant and don't allow the same actions from one to the other. For example, we marked a device as lost but after it was found, we couldn't find the setting to mark it as found. Trying to push out apps individually to phones doesn't always work. There is significant overlap, in my opinion, between the Enrollment and Inventory screens and finding which one I need for applying certain settings is complicated.

We currently manage over 200 mobile devices, and this makes it easier for us to have remote access during our remote interventions.

Very easy to use once you get used to the platform. It's well designed and well maintained. Even adding policies is very simple to use.

Figuring out how to get started was a little time consuming. Especially how to upload apk, how to distribute the apk, etc. But once we understood, it became very easy.

The application is easy to setup allowing you to start managing devices very quickly. The application documentation is well written and the online help is very impressive.

The application could use more Macintosh management features.

The thing which gave me the most peace of mind is the amount of control and administration the software provides, along with the very powerful ways it prevents the user from tampering with certain settings.

I just wished that there was a way to schedule the usage of certain apps on the controlled devices.

We needed something to manage Android Tablets for our school and most of it seemed relatively easy to use. Was able to figure out a lot on my own with the guides.

I think the only thing that I found annoying was that support is located in a time zone behind me (I am in New Zealand), so when I work on a Monday, I don't get a support response until late Monday afternoon or evening.
