> **Avantages**: Once it's set up the system is very easy to use and quick to post regular billing. Additionally the filter options are exceptionally helpful.

> **Inconvénients**: The time it takes to set up accounts; although that is no different than any other billing program.

> We changed from Office Center to ProCare as we'd used Office Center long enough that the adding billing options were limited and we'd reached the limit. Editing any billing options then changed past accounts to the new options.

> **Avantages**: As a parent I really enjoy that there is an option to send a message to the Office Chat where only the admin is able to see it and a separate option to send a message to my child's teachers.

> **Inconvénients**: I am a member of the admin team that uses daily Procare and I absolutely hate how the desktop Procare does not sync with Procare connect. If I input information on the desktop version of Procare especially things like schedule and allergies it does not automatically sync with Procare Connect.  I feel it is very redundant that I have to input this information in two places through the same system.

> Overall Procare Solutions covers everything I need as a parent but not as much as an admin member.  We find that there tends to be a lot of issues with syncing between the desktop version and Procare Connect.  I especially don't like how there is so many times where a parent clocks their children out on our kiosk that is synced with the desktop version of Procare but yet it does not show on the teacher's iPads which use Procare Connect so our numbers which is important for ratios are not always matching.
