We selected Flipcause for the ease of use for recurring donations and creating new campaigns. The short payment cycle was another key factor. As a small NGO, we could not afford to wait 15-30 days for payouts. The support team is very responsive and easy to contact when we have an issue. They have strong security and have worked with us to facilitate international donations.

The payment page has been slow to load at times but is usually fixed in the next software update.

I love the way Flipcause integrates so many previously separate functions under one easy and efficient roof: event registration, payment, sponsorship, volunteer management, campaign landing page, in-kind donation offering and even website. Since our nonprofit has a very small staff, it makes it so much easier

The Weebly website is functional, easy to set-up and perform basic editing. However the options for appearance is quite limited and needs professional coding to make it look really professional and slick.

At the beginning, they did what they said they would.

For the past year and a half, Flipcause has been holding our funds for an average of 14-21 days before transferring. We initiate a request for transfer and expect it to be 3-5 business days. We then have to follow up with "Account Relations" where we have been told it will arrive within another 7-10 business days "they have been experiencing difficulties with their ACH service". The problem has only gotten worse and now, after 23 business days we have to file with the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau and forward the information to our pro-bono attorney (we are a non-profit and Flipcause is holding more than $10,000 of our funds - funds from our annual fundraiser).

Flipcause is so intuitive and easy to use. I love all the features, especially the campaign tools and reporting. The customer support is superb! My success team is professional, efficient, and timely.

We use a newsletter and website platform that does not integrate with Flipcause. Having said that, Flipcause is still easy to use, I have been able to create a design in Flipcause that appears seamless with our website platform.

Set it and forget it. User friendly and good service if I need help.

Telling me that they wouldnt raise the monthly service fee, and then try to raise ot on me, after also receiving a percentage of my donors gift.

I have recommended Flipcause to friends over the past 6+ years mainly because it has made my life so much easier, especially when reconciling our bank accounts. Financial transactions are clearly listed and what used to take hours to reconcile, now takes minutes. Campaigns run very smoothly, my success team is very helpful when we occasionally run into a problem. And it's now just a pleasure to work with them

There are two things that I like the least: 1. I used to be able to speak to a human being if I had a challenging question; but that has changed almost everywhere and every organization and I do get an email response rather quickly from my team. 2. It used to take 2 or 3 days to transfer funds from FC to our bank but now takes 10 days or more. However, this is becoming more typical of financial institutions of late. I guess it's because of all the fraudulent activity that is out there nowadays.

I like that our website and fundraising is all in one place. Your team is very responsive and helpful.

It takes too long to get our funds. It is one of the reasons why I'm looking elsewhere. The other reason is wanting to do more with our website but limited layouts.

The customer service is excellent. They help us with setup, mKing it easy and with any promotional/ fundraising events.

There are some limited features for rhe website, but not enough to complain about or want to switch to another platform.

Flipcause is a great platform with a great team behind it. The team is not just a web team, but have good fundraising ideas and website design for optimal flows from email signups to donations.

Perhaps a bit more proactive interaction, seeing how we are doing, and if there is anything they could do to help. When we reach out, though, they are very responsive.

All staff I have encountered are extremely helpful and respond in a timely manner. I am new to Flipcause and have been navigating and learning the site on my own. It's pretty easy to navigate and the customer service is excellent!

We like all of the features that Flipcause offers. We use the donor management and website maintenance features the most. Flipcause is always adding and upgrading to the list of features that they provide. We find their services beneficial especially when we are planning an event.

At the current time we don't have any cons to share.

Flipcause it pretty user-friendly but the best part is their customer support if very knowledgable and very responsive, and anything we can't easily figure out they help us with quickly!

Some of the campaign set up can be tricky for someone with no web/tech skills.

We use Flip Cause for donations and also for our website. Whenever I have an issue I cannot fix, the Success Team is very responsive and has it fixed within a day. Love that!
