The business partner they endorse to support with installation also failed to implement leading to my company hiring me to resolve the issue. > > It essentially seems like someone turned a spreadsheet into a database table and put a basic UI over the top that replicates pivot tables. It then feels like various features have been tacked on with no real coherent design decisions.
