> **Avantages**: We are able to do a good amount of config that is capable of being done without the need of a Fishbowl technician.

> **Inconvénients**: The lack of reporting options and user friendliness of it. Being able to generate and format data from Fishbowl. Also the integration with QuickBooks is not that stable.

> Overall Fishbowl is a good WM system for small to middle sides companies. As more capabilities are needed for 3PL, store connections, API etc. a more robust platform maybe needed.
