Nous avons décidé de migrer sur un autre logiciel.
Il est très difficile voire impossible de récupérer l'ensemble des données : les commentaires par exemple ne sont pas récupérables

Avantages

- Design agréable
- Fonctionnalité de scrapping des CV

Inconvénients

- Coût qui explose rapidement : Les abonnements annuels sont programmés pour faire considérablement augmenter les coûts/ Chaque augmentation du nombre d'annonce augmente le montant du réengagement annuel, même si on a un besoin provisoire. Il faut savoir que la résiliation doit être faire 1 mois avant le terme. Tout est fait pour que les coûts soient exponentiels. La facture peut grimper à des dizaines de milliers d'euros très rapidement.
- API très limitée
- Moteur de recherche interne très mauvais
- très complique de récupérer ses données. Certaines telles que les commentaires ne sont jamais récupérables. On est un peu piégés dans Recruitee quand on y est.
- Support uniquement par mail, qui ne comprend pas les demandes et se révèle très peu réactif (1 réponse toutes les 24 à 48h)
- Des problèmes ergonomiques qui rendent l'utilisation complexe voire impossible quand on fonctionne avec plusieurs entités locales.

Catastrophique, à l'inscription à la version gratuite, une commerciale vous harcèle, la version d'essais est tellement limitée en fonctionnalités qu'elle ne permet pas de la tester réellement. Une fois payée et testée en conditions premium, on se rend compte que la diffusion multicanale n'est clairement pas au niveau des concurrents. 4 propositions non qualifiées versus 38 pour la même annonce sur un logiciel concurrent. Après échange sur ces problèmes objectifs, le service financier refuse de rembourser... SAV déplorable, c'est une coquille vide. Le design ne fait pas tout.

Avantages

L'ergonomie et le design ce sont les points forts.

Inconvénients

le manque de jobboards, la diffusion est inefficace.

Une plateforme de qualité mais l'API n'est pas assez fiable. Par exemple il n'est pas possible de rechercher un utilisateur à partir de son email. Cela génère pas mal de soucis quand on veut associer d'autres logiciels à Recrutee.
Du coup malgré l'intérêt global du logiciel nous reflechissons à en changer.

Globalement efficace pour gérer des recrutements.

Inconvénients

API très limitée ce qui impacte la liaison avec le reste du Système d'Informations

I was looking for a solution for what we are trying to implement lately, We are in need of a software that not only will be a powerful ATS but also an easy to manage "recruit-a-friend" solution. Unfortunately recruitee lacks of hard of customizations, and for that purpose it gives only the ability to "share" a job that your company posted but does not give you the ability, as a "referral", to followup with the status of their referee's application but I loved how their team genuinely did all the best to help us in trying to find a workaround, that really shows how much they care about it.

Avantages

No doubt about it, the customer support received was phenomenal.

Inconvénients

Unfortunately it's an extremely limited software with no costumization whatsoever. It comes in a block, you have to love that block.

Shady billing policies

Avantages

Although the software is nice, they limit the functionality heavily and push you to upgrade to higher plans almost monthly.

Inconvénients

When we tried to cancel our plan, they still billed us for additional month saying we did not cancel. You need to go through several pages do cancel your subscription and although your impression will be that you are cancelled, most likely you will be charged still.
When we discovered this one day later, they still refused to give us refund.
I would avoid adding your credit card here.

Recruitee helps us to streamline our recruiting and onboarding process. It forces us to follow guidelines and deadlines and make our process much more professional.

Inconvénients

It's a bit difficult and time consuming to setup perfectly, but once setup, all the time invested into setup pays back quickly.

For me Recruitee is in line with the other SaaS tools we use: not too heavy like SalesForce or Zendesk (or Workable, in their space), and a lot cheaper. But it's rich in features, yet simple to use.

Customer support is stellar. Love the Intercom integration.
The tool is easy to use and navigate, the flows are editable and therefore flexible enough for me to mould it to my own use and work setup. It has everything it should have.

Inconvénients

My favourite features are being worked on and I can't use them yet. But hell, they are being worked on, so I really can't complain. These guys really work hard to improve their platform and create the best recruiting tool on the market.

For the fast growing companies, I am an advisor at, I have found that recruiting is probably the most important growth feature a company can have. Therefore, I have researched what tools are out there in the market and made an extensive comparison. Recruitee.com , is by far the easiest and most feature rich tool without creating clutter. Many people within the organisation need to work with the tool and therefore simplicity is a must but core features make it a real power tool.

No issues - customer support is top notch. I've probably worked with every CS agent - they are all fabulous. I work a lot with Beata - she's SUPER responsive, follows up (proactively) and resolves issues in a timely manner. I am so grateful for the support team's help and commitment to helping me out!

Avantages

I like the candidate layout & stage progression. It's very easy to use - and easy to tag managers to keep everyone on the same page.

Inconvénients

I think reporting could be better - and intergrations. I don't have a full recruiter seat on LinkedIn so it's a pain that I can't exercise full use of Recruitee & LinkedIn. So much information gets lost/becomes manual work because the two systems don't speak to each other. Subsequently, reporting is not accurate if I forget to log something from LI into Recruitee.

Recruitee is pretty easy to use, and the team was onboarded with no problem. the kanban view of candidates is very convenient, and the stages can be adapted to our own recruitment process as well

Inconvénients

The career page itself does the job, but it lacks some flexibility to make it look great.
You can't set a job as "remote" for instance, or open in multiple locations. We have several offices, and some roles are location-indifferent, so we'd like to show it's open in multiple locations. Instead, we have to duplicate it which is very inconvenient, doesn't look good on the page, and also we can't have an overview of candidate across the duplicated roles.

Would be good to see:
- Design led email campaigns - how can we creatively represent our brands to enhance their employer brand through candidate communication (e.g. can we integrate with the likes of mailchimp/campaign monitor)
- ability to integrate candidate feedback surveys into email e.g. CNPS ratings etc.
- ability to edit scoring format e.g. we'd prefer a 1-5 rating rather than a thumbs up/down rating OR ability to edit the data fields (e.g. strong yes =5), sometimes the language use of (yes/strong yes) encourages subjectivity amongst our team
- Careers site: (can we use bespoke coding to create careers site? often the careers sites we create can look the same as one another, would love to chance to be more creative)

I remember when every applicant came to my email, and I'm so happy those days are over. I'm happy we are using Recruitee and I'd recommend it if you are having any issues tracking your applicants.

Avantages

I love how many things you can customize with Recruitee. The pre-screening questions, the hiring pipeline, hiring pools, and so much more can be customized for what your organization needs.
It's a clean interface which keeps things really organized. It keeps all the communication with the candidate in one place. It also allows you to limit access to your hiring pool depending on their role.

The archive feature is great. When you turn off a job everything is kept in the archive, which makes it super easy to turn the job back on - no more re-writing job ads every time!

Recruitee also tracks if an applicant has applied more than once, or for the same role. It can also merge profiles together. This is a really helpful feature!

Inconvénients

I checked out ziprecruiter and they had a deal breaker feature (ie. if an employee doesn't answer a question a certain way they are disqualified). Recruitee doesn't have this feature, but it would be nice addition.

As Recruitee offers more and more features, the price is increasing. It's not crazy expensive, but the price creep is on my radar.

I think it is a great software for recruitment, however, there are many things to improve to make it 'the best' software out there, like more filtering options. And for GDPR, it'd be great if the deletion could be automatically set.

Avantages

I enjoy the design of the software and how easy it is to add candidates and browse their profiles, how many functions it has, allowing for scheduling meetings, sending emails, having all the attachments available in the same area, how easy it is to create different pipelines for different positions. I also really appreciate them adding GDPR related options.

Inconvénients

The way in which the emails are being displayed is highly confusing as it's not chronological and doesn't seem to make a lot of sense. In addition, there are functions that should be available.. like searching for candidates using several filters at a time, for example, I can search everyone who speaks Spanish for example but cannot search people who speak spanish AND who have a secondary education (just to give a random example).

Changed the way we hire

Avantages

Recruitee has a gorgeous user interface that allows us to organize applicants in a streamlined way. This has changed the way we schedule interviews, send offer or thank you letters. We searched for a long time before finding Recruitee and are completely satisfied with the product.

Inconvénients

A custom form would be the only thing missing from this software. If I could embed a custom application form on my "Apply" page of the website, and have it automatically populate the Recruitee back-end, I would be ecstatic. As of right now we're doing it with the tools provided, which is mostly fine.

One of the best ATS at very reasonable price range

Avantages

User-friendly, easy to get up and running, clear dashboard, amazing support team with a good sense of humor. Way better than some more 'well-known' ATS. They really focus on making the product, but stay at super reasonable and affordable prices. Provide clear overview of pipeline and all kinds of customized adjustment per job. Supports career site. Love the team notes, review and task feature - so helpful. Very nice reports with data. Involve team members in recruitment and make communication easier and faster. Too many good functions! Love it as a recruiter.

Inconvénients

- should for sure integrate with Linkedin ASAP; this would significantly increase the value of this ATS
- would love to see more data in reports and maybe allow recruiter to set up what they want to keep an eye on and analyze
- calendar should sync with Google calendar both ways - now we are not using this feature at all because it doesn't allow the sync the other way around
- when I write reviews, I would love to be able to go back to check CVs without losing my incomplete reviews

Avantages

Beautiful, intuitive interface that allows us to manage applicants easily. This was a huge undertaking for us as we grew and Recruitee had most of the features we needed. I love the feature that allows you to create a custom website page that acts as your "Careers" page.

Inconvénients

Really wish they had a HubSpot form integration. If applicants could fill out a form and automatically enter into Recruitee it would save a ton of hassle.

Recruitee is such a fantastic platform because they are constantly improving and seeking customer feedback, allowing us to get the maximum benefit.

Avantages

I love Recruitee so much that we opted not to use our HR platform's hiring function. We have hired some of our top performers through Recruitee. I am excited to review the new updates and begin hiring again. Finally, they have one of the best customer service departments, chats, and feedback functions I have ever seen. I have higher standards for customer service in any platform moving forward because of them.

Inconvénients

Little bugs here and there. They resolve issues reasonably, quickly, and effectively. Any cons are mainly related to functions that are already in progress to be improved. Overall they are doing an outstanding job.

Everything about Recruitee is amazing! i love the design, what offers. Excellent ATS, the best one I have used so far!

Inconvénients

They haven't implemented the texting feature as they mentioned before.
