It's integration with ADP is considered to be essential for our team. It has the flexibility of features and is robust and stable. The intelligence search feature making it possible to search the most accurate courses. Videos are so much informative.

It takes more time to configure the setup. The course organization can be done more properly. The modules are needed to be create by our team only to import the data from LMS.

Absorb's customer support has always exceeded expectations when needed. Fortunately, we have needed their assistance often, but they have always been a great partner when working through any issues. A great example is working with Absorb's support as we transitioned to a new HRIS platform. I had the pleasure of working with [sensitive content hidden] and he was fantastic. The new Learner Portal updates are not simple for learners to navigate. We use online courses consisting of several modules/chapters. It has become a challenge for our learners to move to the next module. Please add a button that allows them to move forward to next module.

The content creation tools make creating courses easy and the final product is beautiful. I am also impressed by the support team and the whole onboarding and training system offered. They made it onboarding a breeze.

There has not been any hiccups so far. The training and support has been so robust and the staff so helpful and friendly.

The Absorb products have a lot of capability and can be configured appropriately for our particular business needs. Absorb implementation was accomplished in less time that some other employee-based systems we have in place. The Absorb platform has never had a performance issue that affected our business.

While there is plenty of report capability designed into the product it would be nice to have the capability expanded to allow for more ad hoc reporting.

I really appreciate how closely the CSM worked with my team so we weren't launching this product blindly. They were personable and easy to get in touch with. I'm new to the L&D space and love how simple and straightforward it is to implement interactivity in our content through Absorb Create

There's a bit of a learning curve when getting courses set up and optimized in the system. If I wasn't tech savvy I think I would have struggled because of just how much customization there is.

What I like most about Absorb is the ease of use as admin. I also value the responsiveness of the customer service team.

My dislikes are trivial to be honest. I wish the certificate creation tool was easier to use and I had the ability to assign deactivation dates to non-regular users.

Implementation was failry easy and all staff are great with communication and getting things done. TGhey worked within our budget.

We should have done more training on the Create portion prior to implementation.

The Customer Service for Setup and Implementation was great! The representative was knowledgeable and easy to reach when needed.

There are many screens to click in to find what you need to set up a class. Once you learn all the little places to put things, it is not difficult.

Reliable LMS. The continual enhancements that continue to improve the Admin and the Learner experience.

Difficult experience a few years ago with the Professional Services team. Since that time, they have addressed the BI tool challenges that we identified to the PS team.

Absorb LMS is well-regarded for its user-friendly interface, robust reporting and analytics features, and its ability to easily integrate with other systems. It also offers a range of customization options to suit different organizational needs. Absorb customer service is very responsive and provides top tier customer support.

Absorb LMS is alway considering feedback from their customers. It's great that they have an area to provide some feedback and they actually look into it and provide updates from their team.

Some UI features could be improve for a richer experience

You can assign training based on departments. Set deadlines and have a little questionnaire.

There should be limitations on how long the training video should be. some divisions put up videos that are over 2 hours long.

Absorb should advise that training is absorbs in smaller doses.

Documents for the videos should be easily visible as well after the video ends instead of watching the video again and waiting for the steps.

Extracting data and records for dashboarding is extremely easy with top notch customer service.

Sometimes it can be confusing to navigate the admin interface

The majority of the features are very intuitive to utilize, and our Rep [sensitive content hidden] is amazing with the level of support she offers.

I think a few features are missing that other LMS systems, like post-hiring day enrollments not tied to another course.
