CoSchedule is great for those who have one website to maintain. In one platform, you can create content, schedule social media posts for Twitter, Facebook Pinterest, and Instagram. The calendar function is also nice to view what content is scheduled out along with analytics of posts made.
Avantages
Create content and share to social media in one platform. This is great for those who create a great amount of content. The program has a nice calendar function which allows you to move "posts" which are scheduled via social media channels.
Inconvénients
Pricing options for those who have more than one website - in this case, it can be pricey. This is the primary reason I do not use the program anymore.

Excellent tool for organization and optimization

Avantages
We used CoSchedule as an editorial calendar. We kept our blogs, social media and premium content organized by being able to clearly track who was assigned to each task, when the task was due and whether the task was in draft mode, review or ready to be finalized. I used the calendar view which allowed me to see each task coming up, where I could also separate it by client and person assigned. Customer service was also excellent and making improvement requests was taken seriously by the development team.
Inconvénients
There were a few small things I would change - it was a downside to have to toggle back and forth between clients instead of seeing everything under one view. Our customer support specialist gave us a few options to tag by color, but it cluttered the screen a bit.

Avantages
The feature I believe is most impactful is the scheduling of posts. Easy to use and saves time, you can plan and schedule promotional post for your business weeks even months ahead of time.
Inconvénients
Pricing was a major factor, as a small business owner I found that pricing was an obstacle, a bit pricey.

Avantages
I love the Wordpress integration. Probably the most useful feature of the software. Being able to create campaigns directly in a WP post is fantastic.
Inconvénients
Way too expensive. We had to downgrade our plan and lost some of the features, but we're not missing them too much. The app is horrendous.

Avantages
The analytics are powerful, really good integrations with social tools like Facebook, Mailchimp, Twitter, and more. I love the calendar - it's super easy to use and keep a handle on your social calendar.
The ReQueue feature is game-changing and probably the most unique part of their offering, you can automatically reuse your most popular posts.
Also if you're not using their e-mail subject analyzer you're missing out!
Inconvénients
I'm an analytics junkie...I want more! Get deeper into demographics, show all posts for a channel rather than just the top ones.
The app is pretty basic, and I'd love the ability to see analytics there.

Customer support doesn't guide you through a process when you have a problem they just point to a link so you can read and figure it out for yourself. I will not be renewing next year.
Avantages
I like the part where you can publish to all your social media accounts at one time.
Inconvénients
If I knew from the start that your Instagram pages need to be converted to a business page I wouldn't have bought the product. I have had trouble ever since with Instagram to convert and it just doesn't work.

I used CoSchedule in my previous company and then brought it to my current one. It's a nice tool...
I used CoSchedule in my previous company and then brought it to my current one. It's a nice tool that gives you a quick overview of your content calendar. You can add predefined tasks to the calendar, which automates the editorial process somewhat. It's also very useful for having an overview of how many scheduled social media posts you have for specific articles.
I've only had good experience with the customer support team_always very quick to respond and they seem to action feedback pretty quickly.

- great drag and drop functionality
Inconvénients
- lacks integration with Hootsuite (integrates with Buffer)
- the commenting feature isn't very good (it would be good to be able to @mention people, and collaborate more within the article planning panel)

The efficiency of a tool is directly measure by the number of hours it saves you and yet helps you accomplish your business objective. CoSchedule does exactly that. I have used a dozen social media scheduling tools but nothing comes half as close to CoSchedule. CoSchedule takes social media content distribution to the next level, helping you broadcast the right content at the right time on the right platform.
Avantages
- Social Media Calendar Template Feature: Automating communication for 30 days at one go
- Social Helpers: Ensuring templatised messages that feel very relevant to audience
- Overall UI and UX: Drag and Drop feature and Calendar theme makes it seem very friendly.
Inconvénients
- Can't send messages to Linkedin Groups. Hubspot allows you to do that.

CoSchedule has quite simply changed my life.

Avantages
I can schedule posts to the website WITH EASE! I have eliminated almost 4 apps just with coschedule. I can schedule posts and tweets at the same time.
Inconvénients
It is expensive. I don't feel like there are enough features at this point to pay the high fee. There are also some social sharing issues I've ran into.. You are not able to schedule tweets or IG posts with tags. It's just not available which is a bit frustrating. Also, the preview isn't quite exact so it's close to pointless unless you're previewing a photo set. I'm hoping that these are implemented before my next billing cycle.

Avantages
I love the ability to organize and plan all of my editorial content across multiple social media channels for weeks or months at a time. The drag and drop functionality makes it a snap to move things around quickly.
Inconvénients
I've had occasional glitches where I have lost connection to my blog or editorial calendar briefly. I was impressed, however, that I got timely communication and resolution from the team anytime that happened.

Avantages
It's a one-stop shop for almost all of our business organisation needs. We started looking at it when searching for a social media/marketing management system, but it does SO much more. I LOVE the calendar view most of all. Being able to see what is due when at a glance is so very valuable. Colour coding different streams of the business makes planning easier across a team of people. We also love that you can assign tasks to team members. Event/blog planning and management are now super organised and easy - we create tasks for each component, assign them to people and set time frames and our calendar is automatically populated.
Inconvénients
It was a little expensive when we first signed up but they since reduced the price for the package we are on. We do use it all the time though. Wish there was an app where you could see your calendar view on your iphone/ipad.

A few words from a heavy user

Avantages
I'm a heavy user of Coschedule. Actually, they even invited me to their podcast as they saw that we really use a lot the tool.
I use it mainly as a Twitter and LinkedIn post planner as there's no option to schedule posts inside these tools. We also use it as an editor calendar to mark all new blog posts and email campaigns.
The big pro is their easy drag&drop interface. I like the fact that you can change the time of publishing the post in a second (it's important when there's for example some problem with the application and we don't want to post anything then).
Inconvénients
I had some problems with the fact, that the tool unconnected itself with LinkedIn so the post was not published on time (and I was on holidays so didn't have the possibility to control it). They should also work on their system of planning the hours of scheduled posts - we also had some problems with them.

CoSchedule: Effective for offices with large project volume

Our office manages multiple social media accounts and delivers emails for our alumni clubs throughout the country. With CoSchedule, we are able to manage all of these and assign tasks and projects to specific people. There's no question of who is accountable for a project.
In addition, we are able to link CoSchedule with Mailchimp and Slack, and every time a new project is added, we are pinged. Our overall experience with CoSchedule has been fantastic, and I recommend it to offices that manage a large volume of projects.
Avantages
CoSchedule is very easy to use. On my first day in the office, I was able to figure out how to use it within minutes. I manage multiple social media accounts, and I'm able to schedule posts for every account within a single platform. I can also easily add social content to email campaigns.
Inconvénients
Scheduling for Instagram isn't as effective because I am not able to tag other accounts, even within the copy of our post. I have to go into Instagram itself to post and tag accounts in order to increase engagement. If possible, CoSchedule should look into enabling the tagging feature for Instagram, especially because it's enabled for Facebook and Twitter.

My overall experience is great! I would highly recommend to anyone needing to stay more organized and focused on projects.
Avantages
I love that I can add all my projects + tasks and see them all in one place. I love checking off the tasks as they are completed, and it is quite motivating.
Inconvénients
There are a couple weird quirks- like there is no option to set an event for re-occurring every other week. There is also no way to have one main event with smaller events attached to it.

We were looking for a social media scheduling/management app -- and for the most part CoSchedule was just that. But we ended up needing some additional features that were not offered. We used CoScheulde for a few months before switching to another service. CoSchedule has all the basics for scheduling/publishing/monitoring your socials if that is what you are looking for!
Avantages
I liked the ease of use/design experience of CoSchedule. It was very easy to publish, schedule and view my content -- the interface is pretty self explanatory and easy to figure out how to use.
Inconvénients
I did not like that I could not see a preview of my posts as it would look on my feed (mainly for Instagram posts). Would love to see who my posts look next to each other after I scheduled out a week's worth of content. I also felt like the analytics were lacking, I've seen more in-depth stats with other social media management tools.

Great time-saver and good productivity tool for online entrepreneurs!
Avantages
I loved the intuitiveness ans fluidity of the software, especially the marketing calendar! It operates like a typical software calendar, but everything is visual and graphically represented. When I need to manage the whole email marketing and marketing campaigns together with social analytics and team reporting, this software can deliver them all in one place! Very time-efficient and powerful!
Not forgetting that I can publish all my blog content and social promotion, reuse workflow templates and approve those workflows. The crucial factor here is time-saver! I do not have to use multiple software to co-ordinate and track manually at all. If you are having your own business, you would really appreciate this factor, as you may have to perform multiple roles all at once.
You can request a demo to check the usage of the software. I have tried it and I like the clean and modern interface. Again, the speed and responsiveness of software support, help and technical team support are prompt (not necessarily immediate) and timely to solve my doubts, enquiries and questions.
Inconvénients
Well, it does contain a lot of features. Hence, the learning curve may take longer; it takes a while for me to familiarise with the features and the exact steps to get a feel of the workflows. Nevertheless, it is worthwhile taking sometime off to learn as one starts using it.
Cost is always an issue for good software. Unless you are working in a team, you may not need powerful functions like having snapshots of every project in one place, checking on project timelines and upcoming deadlines, and following up with specific teammates.

The software completes all the necessary tasks, including scheduling social media posts, tracking their performance, and enabling a team to collaborate.
Avantages
Coschedule makes social media scheduling a very easy, streamlined process. It allows users to connect a number of social profiles and schedule posts to be released months ahead of time. It also has a number of other features, including the option to set up a social media campaign and post different media types.
Inconvénients
Unfortunately, Coschedule does not enable users to create custom graphics (in a way programs like Buffer do), and the social analytics are not as sophisticated as some available alternatives. Additionally, pricing ranges, so realistically only middle-large sized businesses should use the software.

Was solving the business problem of scheduling social, also was initially quite excited about the content helper, but that ended up not being my favorite. MAybe it has improved since I have used the product though.
Avantages
I used Coschedule when I worked for a small start-up, it's scheduling features are fine and set out to do exactly what they're supposed to do which is schedule social. I had no issues with it on that front.
Inconvénients
However, being a small team I used their "content gathering" feature for a while and did not find it super helpful in sourcing good/quality content to share which was a bummer.

Best feature is the way it integrates with our WordPress blog and allows us to schedule social media promotions of our content.
Inconvénients
Wish that we could automate certain things like being able to set rules so certain content is always automatically posted. As well as being able to add recurring events.

Avantages
When I am on the hunt for a new software to integrate in my business, style and functionality are at the top of my list. I truly like the layout of CoSchedule. You are given the option to create different calendars and add multiple social media profiles.
Inconvénients
There is ALOT going on when using this software. It was confusing when I first started to created my calendar. As a small business owner (with no employees), I found this software to be more beneficial for small businesses with multiple employees. I think it is a bit much for just me. There are alot of features that I don't use.

There aren't many headline analyzers out there, and the Coschedule one works great for me. I highly recommend trying it out if you're a blogger.
Avantages
I use the Coschedule Headline Analyzer to get my headlines rated. Its a great "second set of eyes" for my headlines. It gives you a ranking from 1-100 on your headlines and tells you how you can improve them with more power words, common words, etc.
Inconvénients
I wish it would suggest changes to the headlines rather than just telling you the numeric ranking of your headline. There's a lot of guess work involved in finding a headline that gets a high score.
