Avis clients sur Phocas

This software allows me to gather databases from all over the organization and present the, to our users via dashboard/report or let them drive their own reporting.

It was a bit difficult to understand the Sync/dbdesigner part since documentation on this was a bit vague

Once you have been shown how to use this software, it can be a very useful tool, especially for us as CEs who aren't directly involved with the Sales side of the business.

Unless someone is a pro on Phocas, it is difficult to navigate your way around it and completely understand how to use it.

Cloud version response time gets a little sluggish here and there but not too often.

Sometimes it is a little difficult to figure out how to run reports with the parameters you need

The functionality to build custom reports with easy to choose options.

At first it takes some use to familiarize with all of the options and choices, almost too many options, but once you get the hang of it, and save custom options it's great.

The ease of use and ability to drill down to the exact detail you are looking for. Also the quickness with which it sorts and organizes the information is a great feature of the software.

At first, it seemed a little daunting, but the tutorials and guidance tools they provide allow the user to learn the ins and outs at a rapid pace

Phocas is pretty easy to use, even to the not nerd people. It's interface is intuitive.

Dashboards can use some more features. Other than that all looks good.

The fact that Phocas Software is simple to use and enables quick and simple access to data was appealing to me. Additionally, the visuals are excellent, allowing for simple customization of the dashboards' appearance and feel. The team is always willing to assist with any questions or problems, and the customer service is also excellent.

I didn't like how the user interface was clunky and not as intuitive as other software applications I'd used before. It was difficult to navigate the system and find the information I needed.

It is easy to use for all sales people. Lots of information at your fingertips.

Having all this data you need to understand d how to use it. This is not always easy.

This software is very easy to use and it helps me track what sales are most profitable. I would recommend it to anyone looking to grow their sales.

Phocas is good but I think the pricing needs to be revised to accommodate small organisations and businesses

I enjoy the ability to phocas into different datasets whilst viewing another, for example the product, credit note type BY each customer.

Available training for new users. I have several years and was shown with a 'hands on approach'.

I love the customization of creating reports. Our users enjoy the independence of creating their own reports and the flexibility they have with customizing the structure of any data pulled.

We have a partner login within our license, and support for this add-on isn't yet where it needs to be in order to foster growth in this area.

Offers easy deployment and maintenance. Database builds are a snap while offering dynamic reporting, dashboards and alerts.

More access to backend functionality would be helpful.

I love from an IT admin point of you how it allows users to build their own reports. Previously we had to write sql queries to get users the custom reports they required. Now users are confident to go in and have a go themselves. The software training academy and weekly live training sessions has allowed users to pick up the software easily.User friendly, very powerful tool. Always new features being added.

I believe their appears to be a bit of a backlog with the dev team currently so a few bugs aren't being resolved as quickly as they used to be.

Ever Since the team has implemented Phocas,

I have been able to track my sales progress and been able to keep up with my goals and successes.

this program also allows me to have my track record available and see where I need improvement and have a clear written history in terms of graphs and charts as to what has been done in the past, and present.

the only problem I have with this problem is that sometimes , the program freezes, lags and does not upload the data from the day prior.

Ease of use, speed of reporting and level of detail available that can be accessed. Automated reporting saves a lot of time. Support from the account managers when required is excellent.

Sometimes some of the functionality could be improved further to allow more flexibility. An example here would be multiple options for subscriptions i.e. a weekly report that you could also set to receive at monthend without the need to create a new favourite. Nest function is a fantastic addition to the functionality but due to the way Phocas works you have to start at the bottom layer of data then build layers above.

The software is easy to use and implement. User adoption was very fast. I like that you can quickly and easily build your own database in Designer without an IT resource.

If the data could be real time instead of on sync

building dashboards is easy, building reports (favorites) is easy.

The data. Just like any other reporting software. If you don't have a good structured dataset (source files) then it makes it harder. That's not a bad thing about THIS software, though ;)
