However, as we discovered more in the tool we were excited to use its personalization tool to have different messages for customers, intuitive product recommendations, and abandoned cart emails that kept our branding feel just like our promotional emails. Barialliance has the features and flexibility for our big site. Another daunting task that Barilliance tackled instantly was relevant cross-selling, up-selling, and product recommendations. Each page and visitor would be served with a unique product that was relevant to their browsing experience. It has been a while since I have logged in so this may have been updated already. > > We use the recommendation engine both on site and via email. Both have worked very well.
