Everything from the options to creating new resources and allocating resources is buried behind layers and layers of UI. It also has an API available which we've made great use of to integrate with our other tools. > > **Inconvénients**: We have had to create some manual workarounds to get relevant reportable data out of Ganttic. We've also found that it does have a bit of a blindspot around capacity planning (there is an unassigned task area but it's global across the site, you can't have separate unassigned task areas for different teams). There is not a good balance between views when trying to look at a project based view or a resource based view. It is very intuitive for people who have experience working with scheduling software, but for newcomers, it takes a bit to get used to and some of the FAQs are not as descriptive as we would like. However, after working with it for a while, it becomes second nature. > > Ganttic has been instrumental in reporting data for scheduling, planning out resources and capacity, and showcasing what products are scheduled to run.
