Vraiment super complet ! Ça nous permet de tout faire et relier efficacement notre travail pour chacun de nos clients à leurs factures. Nous avons plus de 200 clients et plus 1000 projets en cours. Rien (ou presque) ne passe entre 2 chaises !

Nous rencontrons parfois certaines limitations, mais on contacte leur support par chat pour avoir de l'aide. Ils sont rares les fois où nous sommes sans solutions.

très facile d'utilisation avec une belle architecture. il permet d'agencer facilement les tâches AVAZA permet d'avoir des données en quelques clics et j'admire beaucoup la rapidité des fonctionnalités et je trouve que le rapport qualité prix est parfait

Savoir mettre des priorités dans les tâches et gérer son emploi du temps est nécessaire quand on est indépendant. Heureusement, Avaza m'a aidé dans ce sens. En quelques clics, je peux suivre l'évolution de mes missions, mes priorités, mes tâches en cours. C'est pratique.

Malheureusement, j'ai très vite déchanté quand j'ai vu le prix. C'est l'un des logiciel de gestion de projet les plus cher.

Avaza c'est un logiciel qui m'a beaucoup aidé dans la gestion des projets et avec plus de fonctionnalité qui m'a aidé s'orienter plus vers les prospects. J'adore trop le travail rapide qu'il nous propose

Oui pour moi Avaza est meilleur pour la gestion des projets mais il est parfois un peu lent à charger et qui me frustre des fois également.

Wish there was a chrome extension along to easily clock time without visiting the tab.

I am having trouble coming up with an answer to this question. I wish it talked with Quickbooks without needing a third-party app.

The implementation of a project & task management tool with time measurement, export automation, budget/invoice support, internal chat, all-in-one. Avaza solves more problems all at once.

Not cons, but opportunities:
- Single subtasks are a bit complex to edit and not so visible in the overview.
- Gant diagram could be more clear and "playable".
- A basic CRM could complete the suite to support small businesses (we all look for a "one-place-solution").
- Time measurements and time planning could play better together and be more visually actionable (now a lot of manual input & digits input are needed)

Everything having to do with the financial status of a project, from invoices to accounts receivable and payable, can be generated with the help of this program.

Some of the features I would expect from a project management system are missing. Nonetheless, they are always developing new features and listening to feedback.

Invoice payments, hourly tracking, group messaging

Reports - they are hard to access and create and its tough to track profit and loss in real time

Scheduling - I never quite figured out how to use it productivly

The ease of use and tying all of our systems from invoicing the tracking time on jobs into one system.

Its only a small thing but not being able to have duplicate contacts / emails against other company details.

One aspect I might find less appealing about Avaza is its user interface, which can be somewhat overwhelming for new users. The abundance of features and options might make it challenging to navigate and fully utilize all functionalities without a steep learning curve.

Avaza has limited viewing options for users and can't assign tasks to multiple users.

As a freelancer who has to track time differently for each job and everyone wants invoices done a different way, Avaza has been so helpful. Not only does it help when it comes to invoicing to keep things organized, but the time tracking has helped me understand how long tasks are taking me and HOW I'm spending my days and make adjustments from there. An essential tool for freelancers and those curious about their task/time habits. Also, it's free. Rarely do you find good quality FREE products but Avaza is one of the good ones!

Getting invoices the way I want them is still a trial and error. I wish when I went to adjust how I want the invoice displayed that it would remove what's currently in there and redisplay with the new conditions. However, it just adds the same tasks/hours in a new format so it doubles up instead of replacing the old format.

Simple to deploy, integrate in my processes and in my day-to-day business management

Still haven't found a real downside. Cloning 100% of the project, tasks and project configuration would be great, but it forces me to think about any potential differences in my projects.

Many features for project management including custom tasks and timesheet categories to standardize information across users. The ability to section off portions of projects and bill for those sections specifically. Easy to use gantt charting. In application communication tools. In-depth custom reporting.

At first the organization of information is a little confusing and people see it as cumbersome, but after some time its pretty easy. The reports are nice but they have so many options it takes some time to figure out what options will give you what you need. Single project quick view dashboard (time or $$ left in budget, items past due summary) not available, but can get there with custom reports once you figure out how to do it.

The time tracking and filter reporting system were a must have for me when shopping for softwares. Avaza is the only software that met those needs perfectly.

If I had to put something, I'd say that task roll-overs aren't as suitable as I would like. I would like for the new created tasks to be able to roll-over with more clarity as to which new job this is. Also, I do not like that completed tasks continue to show up as a timesheet task after completion as this over-populates and confuses this area. This would be never ending if you had weekly task completions that rolled over.

It has amazing billing and invoicing features
It is a great solution for task and also project management
It makes time tracking easy

Avaza delivers on its promises. No dislikes.

We were struggling to find a PM software that would have decent billing capabilites. In Avaza billing functionality is on par with dedicated billing services, furthermore it is fully adoptable to any language (i.e. we issue avaza invoices in lithuanian language)

Time input could be easier, on the other hand, as vast majority of our projects are billed by fixed fee arrangements, the reason maybe be that we just didn't use it that much.
