Employee and project time and budget management.

Pour

User friendly interface, easy to implement, great time tracking tool, project budget control, best access level management, and so on... We tried at least three other PSA and PPM tools and Mavenlink provided the best value. Their support and training programs have been outstanding even compare to some big brand names in the tech industry.

There are serious gaps in the product. #1: MavenLink does not allow for ulti-tiered timesheet approval process. This capability is a "must have" for any enterprise-level account and is provided in all of the solutions I have used in the past (OpenAir, Changepoint, Sophity, to name a few.) Only the simplest of organizations can get value from this solution.

Overall, extremely effective in keeping our projects moving and keeping team members in the loop - may take a bit to get adjusted to the interface when coming from other PM software but that's expected when switching from any right?

- This is a great collaborative / project management tool that has kept all members of all teams aligned on project status - Love the hierarchy system, and the ability to be notified when my task is ready to be handled that is contingent on the completion of a task by another team member

- Takes a bit of time to get used to the interface, but once you understand the process it becomes extremely efficient - There are many places to put information, just have to be on the same page with team members where this information will go (description vs. activity)

Prioritize Tasks

Tasks are an incredibly important part of collaborative work, which is why Mavenlink developed a series of task management features for its users. Drag-and-drop prioritization allows companies to re-order tasks based on the level of importance or in order of due dates. Meanwhile, time and budgets are also tracked and reported on the task level.

Click on the Task Tracker tab to view the tasks that have been set up for a specific project you’re working on. In addition to creating basic tasks with due dates and tags, you can create subtasks that add granularity to project tasks and deliverables.
