it's convenient but you may find it a little expensive unless you're constantly hiring.
a single inbox for everyone involved in hiring predefined (& user customizable) templates make it easy to send single/bulk emails intuitive user interface free (&paid) postings to multiple job boards
pretty expensive for what it is. they deprecated their cheaper pricing tier.

Not to mention, it is more than affordable.
I have been using Workable for a month now and like the results. Its pretty easy to use and has Indeed for their job postings. They have integrated job posting websites and most of my replies came from Indeed and other portals were useless to me.
I have used workable recently in the context of the small agency I have co-founded. By first looking at the app, I had doubts how would this be any better than keeping track of the hiring process in, say, an Excel sheet. It turned out that the biggest gain from Workable is tidiness and simplicity. You get all the info in one place, reminders take the burden of remembering out of your head, you can compare easily the submissions and filter those unwanted.
We have already hired three people through Workable and are currently recruiting for another four. The team (including the CEO) uses it daily to screen candidates, and we quickly reach a decision about who to hire. I never expected business software to be addictive and even fun, but Workable comes closer than any! The Workable team has been remarkably supportive, going out of their way to respond not just to technical questions but also giving us advice on how to get more and better candidates, how to organise our hiring, etc. Their support is so responsive, it's like getting free HR consulting for a software that's very inexpensive in the first place.
We were introduced to Workable following a corporate rebrand that required launching a new website. With limited staff and resources, we needed an easy to implement recruiting tool that would seamlessly integrate with our new website. Workable has proven itself to be, hands down, the best investment we ever made. It automates the manual process of finding and recruiting top talent and is perfect for our growing business.
There are countless Applicant Tracking Systems out there. I've tried quite a few. Literally none of them come even remotely close to Workable in terms of functionality, UX and consistency. Regardless of whether you have 10 employees or 10,000, I would still choose to use Workable above anything else.
I use Workable for the two 'startup' initiatives for Backbase in Atlanta/NYC and London. Because my approach is 90% sourcing I needed a lean program that empowered me to hunt from Linkedin, Github, Twitter, Angelist and so on. Workable does this very well. Next to that the CRM behind it works pretty good and intuitive.
- Chrome sourcing extension - Easy to use - Good support - Google Apps integration - Free jobsite posting + linkedin integration - Very good price <-> quality ratio - looks good - frequent product updates
-no referral possibilities -you need to create an account for every person vs everybody on the google apps domain = user -sometimes buggy -no snooze button or reminder buttons to snooze passive candidates -only 10 (uniformal) stages in workflow
In our last hire, we used Workable to gather all the information from the applicants and manage the whole process. We saved so much time and our inboxes thanked us for not filling it with countless CVs!
Workable, how do I love thee? It's impossible to list all the ways!! If your looking for a main applicant tracking system or a supplement to the one you have, Workable is well worth it. My rating would actually be a strong 4.5 stars.
Workable met our needs, as a fast growing company with a few open reqs at a time that needed to be filled fast. Getting a req up was fairly straightforward, and keeping to the format of your job requisitions is as simple of copying and modifying your last one. While much of our talent pipeline comes from referrals, the multiposting feature to also post to LinkedIn and other jobs sites was helpful. As we moved through our pipeline, moving them to the next stage came with a pre-set status and templated emails...both can be tweaked. Once filled, you can close the req without losing that historical record, either for anecdotes or to reuse again.
However, I have found other apps with the same quality (in my point of view) and with a much more descent pricing. Especially for a small and growing company like mine.
Very user friendly. You can feel that they developed their solution knowing their business. The features are great and answer majority of the issue a company like mine could encounter.
It would be perfect if a very light customer management was possible.

Indeed, the software met our expectations and the prices are really flexible and rather rational!
The features that was of a real benefit to us were mostly the search per tag or headline, the customized recruitment pipeline and the quick way to send bulk emails alongside with the synchronization with the work email account.
One feature that we really miss is that on the email templates we cannot include attachments. Hope in the future, this feature will be offered as well.
Workable made my life a lot easier when it comes to hiring. The process is usually disorganized and not fun. With Workable, I can keep track of where we're at and synch to my marketing website. I highly recommend this to all business owners!!!
- Synchs to website career page - Very user friendly - Fun to use - Works well for teams
- Sometimes when you forward emails with resumés and cover letters, the software does not know which one to store in the Workable site... - Pricing model means one has to predict hiring needs if one is to pick a 1-year plan
Workable is a really cool and affordable tool insofar it instantly lets you review and track the progress of the candidates who applied for a job (or were sourced) with your company.
Integrates with all the apps you need; very simple to use; clean and lean interface, all your job ads in one place; easily track the progress of your applicants and distinguish between applications.
You do need to enter information manually, meaning you have to be the one to move a candidate from one stage to another. This can be a bit inconvenient. Also, it would be desirable for Workable to have more and more comprehensive features.

Workable is a fantastic product for internal recruitment teams, with a great UX/UI and workflow. It completes our company careers page, looks great and has already started to attract quality candidates to our openings. We really couldn't be happier!
As the HR leader for several small businesses and as an HR consultant, I have used and recommend the Workable ATS whole heartedly!
Easy to integrate with other recruiting portals/boards automatically Ease of use Affordability Can brand different companies or departments and keep track with one login Collaboration tools with your hiring team Tracks EEOC compliance Support team is very friendly and helpful
The only downside I see is when you close a particular job posting, you can download various spreadsheets which save your data, but not the actual applications or resumes. A mass import feature would be nice.
