 Great Value

Zoho CRM is a great value. You get a very useful CRM that provides flexibility when coupled with their commands written in Zoho CRM's language. The only drawback is that they don't have an user reference field.

Zoho CRM is a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) solution that works with a business's existing email. Because Zoho CRM is cloud-based, no setup is required and it can be accessed from anywhere, using computers or mobile devices.

Using Zoho CRM, businesses can generate and track leads, manage tasks, and follow the entire sales pipeline directly in the app. This allows team members to work collaboratively, accessing up-to-date information on each lead.

Zoho CRM takes over the administrative work, letting sales teams focus on what they do best: selling. Using provided forms, Zoho CRM users can generate leads from their existing websites and populate their Zoho CRM databases automatically.

Workflows let administrators set up actions to be executed when certain criteria are met. This gives businesses control over how leads are handled.

Lead Management

In the Leads module, professionals can see a list of leads, along with relevant contact information. These leads can be filtered by All Open Leads, My Leads, Today's Leads, Converted Leads, Unread Leads, and My Converted Leads.

In addition to manually entering a new lead into Zoho CRM, businesses can import existing leads from an Excel spreadsheet. Leads can be connected to a Lead Owner, who will be listed in the system as the primary team member responsible for that client.

Tasks

Tasks appear on the dashboard in a list, showing users items that needs to be attended to immediately. A salesperson can click on the task to go directly to that lead's section in order to make contact. Once the task is closed, it will no longer appear in the list of open tasks on the dashboard.

Meetings can be scheduled directly within Zoho, along with setting up a notification that will remind the user of the meeting at a designated time. A lead can also be converted into a contact from the task screen.

Workflows

Workflows put businesses in charge, letting them automate tasks. Similar to the rules set up in email software, Workflows let users set up an action (i.e. sending an email) and an event that should trigger that action (i.e. a new lead is added to the system).

Tasks can also be automated using Workflows. Each time a new event occurs, Zoho CRM can be set to automatically deploy a new task, assigning it to a specified user. The user can also be sent a notification each time a new task is automatically assigned to him or her.

Lead Follow-Up

Emails can be generated directly within the Zoho CRM interface. A user merely navigates to the Leads module, checks the box of each lead who will receive the email, and clicks "Send Email." The user can then choose from a list of previously created templates to send a professional email to a group of leads.

All emails are listed on the dashboard in the Email section. From here, users can respond to emails, schedule meetings, convert the lead to a contact, and more.

Email Integration

Zoho CRM can integrate with a business's existing email environment, allowing for easy sharing of email information between users within an organization. Using its server information, a business can pull email accounts into Zoho CRM within minutes.

Once email has been integrated, users can access new messages and reply them from directly within Zoho CRM. A list of all emails will be available under each lead's information.

Intégrations

In addition to email integration, Zoho CRM can connect to many apps businesses use each day. Zoho CRM cleanly integrates with Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Office, PhoneBridge, and QuickBooks.

Zoho CRM for Google Apps take the software beyond simple email integration. Using Zoho's API, developers can customize Zoho CRM to work as a business requires.

For up to three users, a free plan includes all of the basic features of Zoho CRM, with up to 5,000 records. A standard plan that adds sales forecasting, reporting, and more is available for $12 per user per month, while a plan that includes email integration costs $20 per user per month. An enterprise version for multi-level organizations is available for $35 per user per month.

Reliable and affordable CRM

We've been using Zoho CRM for almost 6 months now. The beginning was very, very rocky. It's tedious to get setup if you have no CRM experience, and while there are How-To guides out there, they aren't very in depth and didn't answer most of the questions we have. The guides cover the most obvious things you can probably figure out how to to do yourself (like adding company details). The more complicated things like setting up work flow processes, are not user friendly and don't have good enough manuals. Once you get setup and running though it's a decent CRM system, and very good for the price. I love their Sales Inbox feature and the way it separates out our salesmen's emails. We also use the Zoho CRM app on our phones and haven't been too impressed. Would love to see that upgraded and improved to better interact with the cell phones and log calls and texts. If you have Zoho Mail or any other Zoho programs already, definitely look into using Zoho CRM for your CRM needs. It's more affordable than some of the others like Salesforce, and has some good features that get the job done.

Great solution for a small business company

Zoho is continually improving their platform. I have a three person sales team, and the ease of use makes this a great solution for our company. After trying other platforms, Zoho CRM was the most cost effective for the value they provide. The additions and changes they make help the platform become more intuitive and streamlined.

Would highly recommend to beginning businesses

I've never had a software as easy as Zoho CRM is. It's not like the typical program in its category. Set up is a breeze, it walks you through everything. Whereas most software just starts you on a dashboard feeling lost. You will have a floating icon, which will notify you of your most recent activities and upcoming tasks. This is a great feature if you're a bit absent minded like myself. Adding new documents, contacts, events, etc... has never been so seamless. It takes the tedious processes of other programs out and almost makes it fun to use.

Uninspiring CRM

Zoho didn't integrate well with the systems we used so we ended up copying and pasting a bunch of stuff manually, which was exhausting. To me, Zoho seemed like a glorified note-taking system.

A customizable and affordable CRM

The price point is good and it is very customizable for the way you want to track your customer data. It also integrates easily with other Zoho products. The process for creating Roles is a bit clunky and, although customizable, it took us longer to get up and running than we expected. We didn't like the out of the gate titles for each of the sections because they didn't match out sales process, but again, it's customizable so we just changed them. Another dislike is that there should be stronger integration with Zoho Campaigns for sending our marketing materials and there should be better integration with Microsoft Outlook.

Great for Small Businesses!

I implemented Zoho for a small dental practice. They switched from Infusionsoft which was completely overkill for what they were using it for. Migrating data to Zoho was a breeze! and creating new fields/workflows is very user-friendly.

Not so good

Been using Zoho CRM for 3 months, have 10 users. Outlook and Word integration are not good. No contact grouping capability. No integration with our VoIP phone system and other third part software that we use. Support is lousy - nearly impossible to get a knowledgeable person on the phone. Had i known that would be the case i woudl not have purchased Zoho. We have several unresolved problems. There are several things we don't have working yet, things that were easy with our previous system (ACT!). So far not happy.
