L'outil de gestion de projet aide à définir les projets, les ressources affectées et les activités impliquées dans chaque projet. La solution permet aux chefs de projet d'affecter des personnes aux projets et de définir les rôles individuels requis pour compléter le projet. La fonctionnalité de notification instantanée envoie une alerte aux parties prenantes respectives par courrier électronique ou par message texte chaque fois qu'une étape importante est atteinte au cours de la livraison du projet. Les autres fonctionnalités incluent les rapports intégrés, la planification des projets, l'établissement de buts et objectifs individuels ou de niveau d'équipe et plus encore.

Le module de facturation en ligne permet de suivre l'activité des factures et d'envoyer les factures aux clients par courrier électronique. La solution W3B propose également un ensemble de modèles de rapports financiers prédéfinis qui peuvent être facilement utilisés par les entreprises pour leurs besoins annuels de reporting ou d'audit.

Excellent team to work with and easy to understand right from the beginning. This has helped us get organized and gives us the chance to send out invoices quickly as well as track the payments received and also outstanding invoices not paid. Whenever we have a problem by the time we send out the request they have already sent the answer and fixed the problem. The Web3box team has been a pleasure to work with, I would highly recommend them.

I can't remember the last time I was so well treated by a company!

As an independent contractor I'm not really in sales but I have a long client list that I have to work with until I can get their accounts closed. There are many details to address and those all happen over a long period of time. There really isn't a perfect tool for me. Well...there wasn't a perfect tool until I found W3B CRM because I can now customize it to meet my needs. I can make adjustments and changes that work best for my situation. I am not a programming person and I don't care for the setup process. I just want to get to work! I had to ask lots of questions and I was always treated like I was the most important person on their client list. I got the royal treatment from the first day I contacted them. I have been working with George and he is amazingly patient as I define what my needs are and he addresses them in the best possible way. I have resisted this process for the better part of a year. I may have dragged my feet but with George's help I have made up for lost time. He answered my emails with detail and unquestionable knowledge. I am impressed! I am still new to CRM software but I am certain that I made the right decision in choosing W3B. It's perfect!

The best customization CRM!

W3B CRM has been life changing! This CRM is so easy to use and have the functionality to be 110% customizable to your companies needs. The CRM has searchable fields for everything, tracks any changes and updates you make automatically, can send out auto-emails, can import data from intake forms on your website directly into the CRM and so much more. This company has been able to listen to all of our wants and needs and make it happen. They respond right away to all emails and phone calls and schedule regular weekly or bi-weekly meetings to show us where they are at in the developing process. Would highly recommend this company to anyone needing a CRM!

George from W3B personally makes sure you are satisfied with there CRM product, Easy to contact by phone or email, always ready to modify something if needed.

The software has many modules, the quoting, invoicing, time tracking and custom reports are used daily, the look and functionally are great. The mobile version is simple and effective. The price per user is fantastic.

Excellent program supported by outstanding customer service

Hi, I am new at this CRM and W3B is excellent for my small business. There is a learning curve but it is not too steep. The customer service in helping me has been the single reason I will look no further. George has walked me through the process and refinements to make all this really work for me. He is so knowledgable, friendly, and super responsive. This program meets all of my needs and then some and I know it will scale as my business grows. Great product!

A great help for our distributors and sales team!

We are a chemistry company with sales division and distributors. Web3Box team helped us set the CRM Sales and also trained our reps. We were great pleased by in the company training sessions and online sessions! For the distributors, having the invoices, reports and expenses in one place is amazing. We linked the invoicing system to Quickbooks and the customers, products and invoices were automatically retrieved inside of the crm. Best part, is that this guys did a lot of customization to make the system fit my business! That was a huge help! Over all we are happy with this relation and with their company support services.
