What I like about HubSpot CRM is that it is easy to use, the training for our team is something like 4 hours workshop and they are all set. Email templates saves us lots of time recreating the same emails over and over again
Good tools to manage the platform - Word, Excel and PowerPoint are the industry standard tools. The online management tools and the flexibility of the office suite of tools are just excellent!
There are many other cloud storage services out there, several are cheaper, but dropbox has become the industry standard and it's incredibly easy to use.
You cannot track paid traffic conversions in Wild Apricot because the URL does not change after a purchase is made. You also cannot create drip email campaigns. All of the great features and support are far are mute points because of these 2 shortcomings.
