I used KIGO as my first channel manager so I had no comparison for the first nearly two years of use. Not once in two years did it ever work as it was supposed to. I still had to manually do what I was paying Kigo to do!!!! -Terrible customer support -Old school outdated interface -Doesn't work as advertised -They will charge you after you cancel (they did in my case) -More expensive than MUCH better channel managers I canceled my account and was charged for months after. Attempts to contact kigo were ignored by Kigo.....nobody calls you back (10 voice mails left), emails are ignored and if they are answered they are passed around and nothing gets done. I literally had to cancel a credit card because they kept charging me after being charged without my consent and then after I canceled my account. They agreed to refund me my money (part of it, not all) if I would take down a review I did on another review forum......I said no way, people need to know the truth about their terrible product and even worse service!!! Additionally, I was sold "kigo 2.0" which was supposed to be an upgrade to kigo legacy......ah no, it is even worse than kigo legacy which is terrible!!! I was being charged for both accounts at one point. I have since gotten a new channel manager and it is like driving a Ferrari after driving a 1985 honda civic (kigo). The customer support is usually less than a couple hours if not minutes!!!! I won't plug the new company I am using because I don't want anyone to think I'm just writing a review in order to promote a channel manager.....I just don't want anyone having to go through what I went through with kigo and I suggest you do your research and DON'T USE KIGO, IT IS OLD, OUTDATED, TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SUPPORT, AND BAD EXPERIENCE!!!!
Zoho People is a great tool, helps you maintain everything under one platform and makes people management easy and simple. Has helped us get rid of spreadsheets. Leave tracking system and form customisation is one of the cool features.
As a freelancer graphic designer it has made keeping track of time and expenses almost effortless. My accountant also logs in and does my taxes. I used to use Excel for time tracking and billing and it took forever! All but one client use and appreciate the email billing system. Plus numbers are not really my thing so having Freshbooks to help with that part with reports has been wonderful.
We are a financial Services company. We track our income and expenses on QB for 3 companies. We use the payroll features. We moved from QB to QBO in late Oct. That was a big mistake. The programs are similar at BEST. I later found out that the programmers are not the same and have never seen the QB desktop version. Biggest and yet simplest complaint, you cannot display the Company Match of the retirement plan on the pay stub. They will not fix it. As a business owner I want my people to see the $$ that I am putting in for them. So at the end of the year, suddenly this information is dropped from their payroll and they are asking "what happened to the money you were putting in for us" The information is there, easy to get to, but these genius' don't realize how important that is. Additionally there is no confirmation when you EFILE your tax payment. Also the Payroll Liabilities do not show properly, very confusing. Not easy to "pay them" need to research the amount, write it down, then go to the check writing function and process through there even if you do a direct deposit. No way to pay VENDORS direct deposit, only payroll.
